When will my order ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Please note that Group Buy items have specific lead times mentioned on their individual product pages.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Custom switches, lubricants, and Group Buy items are generally final sale.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
How do Group Buys work?
A Group Buy is a pre-order for a product before it is manufactured. By joining, you help fund the production run. These items have long lead times and ship once manufacturing is complete.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Order changes or cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we are unable to make modifications.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
